A screenshot of Settings → Usage for the last 30 days, and your last invoice if you have it.
Access, and who has it
One person sees your app. There is no team behind this, no subcontractor and no offshore reviewer, so the number of people with access to your editor is one, and you know their name.
View-only access is enough and nothing in your app is changed. We read the editor and the usage screenshots you send. Your database is never exported. Send an NDA before the walkthrough and it gets signed. Revoke access the day the document lands.
why it is paid
A free audit is a sales call in disguise.
Reading a Bubble app properly takes a week. Nobody does a week of unpaid work without needing the migration to happen at the end of it, which means the free version always concludes that you should migrate.
Paying for discovery is what buys you the answer “don’t bother”, and it is the only honest way to quote a fixed migration price. It also filters out everyone who was never going to do this, which is why it costs money, not why it costs this much.
